Vincent St. Pierre
With 9 years experience as an active rehabilitationist, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and performance nutrition specialist, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience. Vincent Studied Human Kinetics - Kinesiology with honours in strength and Conditioning and an emphasis on sports nutrition while interning under one of Canada's top strength coaches Andrew Heming. Vincent works through each individual’s needs to help them improve their health, performance, and injury prevention. With his ability to assess individual needs, create highly personalized programs, motivate, and develop relationships he has been able to help hundreds of people reach their goals.
As someone who has competed at elite level athletics in a wide variety of sports, Vincent has a deep understanding of the wide variety of challenges involved. With his knowledge of nutrition and training he has the tools to help you with whatever your goals maybe - lose fat, gain muscle, improve health, get over aches and pains, compete in a weight restricted sport, or just become more active.
Vincent has competed at high levels in many sports: Baseball Triple A all-stars MVP, Fencing BC Championship, Golf BC Junior Championship, Football BC Champion Team, Rugby Champions, and Amateur Boxing 2nd in BC.
Anjelica St. Pierre
Anjelica St. Pierre is the 47 kg Provincial and Western Canadian CPU Powerlifting Champion in 2016. She also holds the Provincial record for deadlift and total. With her Diploma in Registered Massage Therapy, B.A , and passion for human movement, she managed to accomplish all of this in 2 years of exercising. Anjelica found her love for exercise at the age of 24 when she decided to complete a Tough Mudder. Tough Mudder was not kind to her ankles, knees, hips, and lower back. After Tough Mudder, she found herself in the gym to correct her muscle imbalances and through this process she fell in love with training. Since then, she has focused her time on improving her and others mobility and strength through the use of a wide variety of bodyweight and weight based training.
